Tasting notes The oil is extracted cold to keep the organoleptic characteristics unaltered and express its lively Tuscan identity: a strong and fruity flavor, harmonious with marked herbaceous notes, hints of artichoke and green grass. Dense and full-bodied, slightly spicy, it is an ideal seasoning for legume and vegetable soups, bruschetta, salads, roasts and vegetable dips.
