Fibaro Bypass is a supplement to Fibaro Dimmer 2 (FGD-212) and it makes it possible to dim the LED with a minimum energy consumption of 0.5W. All systems below 50W are recommended to use this Bypass to avoid possible flicker. Try to see if the lamps you use are dimmable before installing Dimmer 2 and Bypass.
Only used as a complement to Fibaro Dimmer 2 module
