Fibaro Flood Sensor keeps you updated and notifies you at the first drop of water and is very easy to place because their size. With the dimensions 72 x 28 mm (diameter x height), you can easily fit a Flood Sensor under the sink, behind the washing machine, etc. This means that you can deal with the water before it becomes a problem. The Flood Sensor also has a built-in siren that sounds the alarm locally when it gets water on it, which means it can be used as a stand-alone device for water detection (but without notifications). Flood sensor also alarms in case of tampering or a fast temperature
Because the Fibaro Flood Sensor is a Z-Wave device, you can connect the device to a Z-Wave controller to get extended functionality such as e.g. temperature sensor -20 to 100°C and the ability to let the Flood Sensor communicate with other devices to alarm further so you don't miss the washing machine leaking. Flood Sensor is battery powered via a 3V CR123A battery (included) or 12-24VDC.
